By booking or using services provided by Omna Co, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provide online nutrition consultation services via telehealth.

Services are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a medical doctor or other healthcare professional.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use these services and agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Booking System

All appointments are scheduled and managed through Zanda.

By booking, you agree to the use of this system for scheduling, telehealth, and clinical record management.

4. Payments

All consultations must be paid in full prior to the appointment unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through Zanda’s integrated payment system.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of payment.

6. Late Arrivals

Appointments will finish at the scheduled time. If you are later than 15 minutes to your appointment, it will result in a late cancellation. Late arrival does not extend session duration.

7. Telehealth Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

  • Stable internet video connection (video must be shown)

  • Appropriate private environment for consultations

8. No Medical Advice

Services provided do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult their GP or medical specialist for medical concerns.

9. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. No guarantee of specific outcomes is provided.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during consultations are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

12. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
